What is Apache Flink?

Apache Flink is a framework and distributed processing engine for stateful computations over unbounded and bounded data streams. Flink has been designed to run in all common cluster environments, perform computations at in-memory speed and at any scale. https://flink.apache.org/

User story

As a customer I want to test and deploy managed Apache Flink instances in OVH Public Cloud easily so that I'm sure this service will fit my needs, I will gain time, and focus on my own job.

Quick update on Apache Flink: we are assessing the technical feasibility and beginning to work on the legal and business aspect of this new engine. These preliminary activities should be done in a couple of months and we should be able to move on the deployment and release of the engine by September, meaning a release in the last quarter of 2024.
