User story

As a ML engineer/AI Tools user, I would like to have access to NVIDIA A100 GPU flavors when I use AI Notebooks, AI Training and AI Deploy

so that I can tackle large models, deep-learning or high-performance computing to unleash the power of AI.

Acceptance criteria

• NVIDIA A100 GPU 80GiB RAM are available with 80GiB local storage (up to 2 at the same time)
• Available on AI Notebooks, AI Training and AI Deploy
• Pay-as-you-go (prices available here: https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/public-cloud/prices/)
• Ability to launch through UI, CLI and API
