Public Cloud regions are currently deployed on one availability zone, hence a failure of this availability zone would result in a service failure.
User story
As a public cloud user, I would like the ability to utilize a regional private network and subnet spanning across the Paris region, which includes three Availability Zones. This will enable me to privately interconnect services, such as public cloud instances (#596), deployed within these Availability Zones.
[1] meaning that the private network / subnet service can support the failure of one Availability Zone
