[bug] `http` executor can't load TLS certs using absolute path #778

Hi. Thank you for the nice and useful testing tool.

We noticed that tls_client_cert and tls_client_key options allow loading files only relative to a test suite file. Setting values to an absolute path yields error.

@yesnault Hi. The bot seems to be a bit aggressive on closing issues. Could you please reopen the issue and reconfigure the bot?
