The header and layout OK, we're still sticking with Bootstrap for now (#34), just need to make the elements flat-er

[x] Center layout using .inner-wrappers
[x] ~~Tabs~~ They are fine as the are for now
[x] Tables
[x] Change entry date to exact date
[x] Add how many entries a user has
