[x] Ensure createdAt in all models
[x] Add cooldown to create button (error before creating if easier)
[ ] ~~Email features (see how to attach in Meteor, otherwise just provide link, or no mail at all)~~ Fuck this, this is MVP
[x] Send emails to me whenever an export is created (either on Done or error)
