Fix local Export validation #78

Server and client date might differ so the 1 minute validation might last more minutes if the client time is lagging behind. If the client is in the future than we are covered by the server validation.

[x] Make serverTime call before starting Router to ensure offset in all initial data
[x] Make sure "created too recently" export error never has negative values
