Add following properties to QML #103

Initial camera position Camera angle limitations Periodic copies Bounding, periodic box true/false (should the bounding box be around all 27 periodic copies or just the middle one) Light parameters (especially attenuation for the simulation)

Sphere scale
Camera following one atom to visualize the reaction pathway (or something)
- Custom periodic boundary conditions should be used to achieve this (move all other atoms, while keeping the followed one in origo)

Most of this is fixed. We should reopen if anything is missing.
