Update contents of file if changed on disk #297

This is very simple. Every time the editor gets focus (either if Atomify has lost focus or just switched mode away from editor / changed file in editor), it should just read the file from disk.

I'm moving this to 2.1 because it's such an easy fix and it has bothered me for a while.
