Atomify crashes if bad lattice command is used #328

This lattice command is invalid and crashes atomify: lattice hex 2.5 basis 0 0 0 basis $(1/3) $(1/3) 0.0

This is a LAMMPS issue and is reported here. Will be pulled when accepted in upstream.
