What does this do exactly? Can you please add more Readme details?

Can someone use it to fingerprint video files and identify matches?

Morning Jeff!

i'm about to add more details, but as descriptions say this is a college project it doesn't depend only for me, but also for my classmates. But I'll add this as soon as possible!

Unfortunately this project just covers fingerprint recognition to imagens.
