Add support for multiple Mega accounts #9

Would it be possible to add support for multiple Mega users? Let say up to 10.
Even in a crudest way. Like Mega1, Mega2 etc. Or may be in a similar way it is done with TC Cloud plugin.

btw Thanks a lot for creating FsMega ,very useful tool indeed.

I think it would be possible, but I have not had time to add new features to this plugin.

Currently the plugin will remember recently used accounts in the login dialog, but you can only connect to one at a time.

I'm not sure if copying or moving files directly between two Mega accounts would work, anyway, so you might have to download them to your local drive and upload them to the other account.

I am going to keep this issue open for when I will have more time in the future.
