English language #11

Hello, we deployed vm-backup-scheduler, but we have all text in chinese. According to https://github.com/ovirt-china/vm-backup-scheduler/wiki/Multilingual-Support we should create new file with english localization, but what is the file syntax? Or how to chnge language to english?

If you manually merge the pending pull request with the master and build the app you get english. However I am unable to get it to startup the backend due to running oVirt 3.6.x the change from jboss -> wildfly seems to have broken it.
