Need a mechanism for accepting and tracking requests for science-ready event data #1

Set up a Google Form in a format similar to the STIX data request form: https://datacenter.stix.i4ds.net/view/datareq/form
The Google Form will be linked to the main website and the flarelist website.
Inputs are captured in a Google Spreadsheet accessible by all EOVSA members
A team member will be assigned to assist with the data request. This member will be credited as a co-author if the data are eventually used for publication.

The data request form is now linked to the main EOVSA webpage under the EOVSA Data tab. See snapshot below. Also included a section under the EOVSA Data Products page.
