Convert viewer to typescript #23

This PR converts the viewer to work with typescript. Also the viewer now loads the cost matric from the .CostMatrix.pb. On Hover shows the zoomed in view. On Click renders the zoomed in view. Then on hover in the rendered view shows the query and ref id as well as the corresponding value.
