This PR adds the first working version of the Cost Matrix Viewer.

This viewers allows to inspect the cost matrices generated by running the pipeline
By clicking on zoomedIn patch of the matrix the user can examine individual costs and associated images
OnClick on zoomedIn view the user can preview the corresponding image pair
