This PR adds the functionality for uploading the full "results" folder to tot he viewer.
The viewer then automatically reads all the necessary and available files to visualize.
If the images are not the part of the result folder, (user needs to manually copy them there for now),
the viewer will leave the possibility for the viewer to manually upload images.
