For #72 I'm gonna need to track the download / unzip progress of the update, so I thought it would be a good idea to split this into a separate PR. Shows a progress bar while a mod is being installed / updated.
Progress shows as a circle replacing the download button
80% of the progress circle goes to download progress, 20% goes to unzipping progress (arbitrary percentages I picked just because unzipping is usually faster).
