Improve the presentation of Input/Output files

The presentation in the input/output files section should be improved :

• The input/output files entries do not look like they are editable
• "Input Files" and "Output Files" are titles, they should be in bold or underline and have a bigger font size than the detail of each entry.
• The Add button/delete cross presentation is not very beautiful, but this is secondary

I think it's more a question of plain presentation, of course tooltips can always help.

It would also be nice to select a access mode (user) by default And also mark some fields as mandatory (includes, mode) And perhaps to improve the layout when the dialog is open

The presentation has been improved, but the entries still don't look like clickable ones
