This pull request moves Fogus to the new format and fixes a few errors in the Hickey theme where colours were not transitioned properly.

I have also added Fogus to the install script.

Both Fogus and Hickey will need their thumbnails regenerating following this.

Thanks. Glad it is appreciated. I shall update the last remaining theme tomorrow. Then all I have to do is decide which one to use.. :confused:
