As before, I've created a patch to add capsule shapes. You added it before, so
I'm posting it again.
They're pretty much hacked from two-sided polygons with a radius, plus raycast
and inertia information. I've added them to 4 tests: Polygon Shapes, Edge
Shapes, Ray-Cast and Character Collision.
