"-r" flag no longer works with VPNs on all Amass versions after v3.19.1 #994

I'm reporting and providing workaround at the same time for this issue!

For some reason "-r" flag no longer works properly when users set their DNS resolver IP address in "/etc/resolv.conf" when on VPN. This issue started with version v3.19.2 and is still present on the newer versions. As a result, enumeration fails and no subdomains will be discovered and stored in the output file for a given target list.

All versions older than v.19.2 have been removed from the Releases list and no longer available to be downloaded here.

I had the version v3.19.1 and ran it to test. Everything is working great with this version and supports layers user may want to use for their privacy.

I understand there might be some reasons for this issue, but please bring back this feature on the newer versions if possible!

Thanks, Captain Archibald Haddock
