We published the letter nearly 6 months ago. I suggest we change the bottom line:

Submit a PR to [README.md](https://github.com/owasp-change/owasp-change.github.io/blob/main/README.md) to add your name.

To something like:

This "Open Letter to the OWASP Board" is no longer accepting any changes.
