--prefix and DESTDIR ignored by make install #69

The options "--prefix" and "DESTDIR" seem to be ignored in make install. Thus mod_security3.so is always installed to the apache modules dir and not a user-specified dir, which is an issue for packaging.

This software is not yet released. It is not meant to have a package yet.
