add roles/structures to the glossary #39

common roles, organisation structure to be covered by the glossary. keep it general, explain it should be mapped on organisation implementing SAMM (NIST 800-16 ?? too detailed) if in doubt, it applies to you :-) and add the customer, end-user, ...
