i18 Translations through CrowdIn (Bart)

Progress: Bart and Chris met to see the impact of the generation of the website using the different repos. French translation complete. Validation is in progress

Goals

• Get a translation ready for SUD23 based on branch 2.0.0
• Find a long-term solution for the issue of CrowdIn not updating translated strings in new branches

Action items

• Add this to translations: https://github.com/owaspsamm/website/blob/main/content/en/model.md
• Define where we'll store the generated markdown files and update config file (see note 1)
• Add linter to make sure there are no line breaks when updating model files
• Translate quality criteria for the 25 or so files that needed to be updated because of the line break issue
• Fix missing "No" answer option in answer set files
• Fix later: CrowdIn is not taking already translated strings for new branches
