Description: Create a SAMM podcast

Acceptance criteria: include a way of working that scales prepare and create content for at least 6 months, and a pipeline for a year assure that all team / practitioners / community member can participate have budget / sponsor(s)

This issue has a high impact, but in terms of urgency it's medium I would say.
