PHP 8.1 TypeError: str_replace(): Argument #3 ($subject) must be of type array|string, null given in tracking #121

getTracking call on carrier can cause exception in "sales.order.history" if tracking url was left empty in module configuration.

Fixed in the 6.0.3 release, thanks @Tomasz-Silpion for the report & the fix
