What can cause a blank debug page? Debug is enabled but not working.

I'm running Magento 2.2.6 and Advanced Shipping Setting 2.2.0.

Hi,

Is the file %magento_root%/var/log/owebia_advancedsettingcore.log writable?
Or is this file too big (if you have enabled the debug a long time ago)?

You're right, it was a huge file (1.2GB).
