Fix colorpicker admin asset's extension from css.scss to just .scss #1079

It wasn't found by the cama_assets_libraries method of the CamaleonCms::HtmlHelper, raising the The asset "camaleon_cms/admin/colorpicker.css" is not present in the asset pipeline. exception when trying to navigate to https://camaleon.website/admin/settings/site
