Split Cells Limit bypass #367

I just found a new bug, and I am very very happy . After you split cells into the limit, then the cells start getting together, you press startbar a lot of times very fast, just before they get together, and they will split again, bypassing the cell limit configuration value .

Due another bug, If player split like that, its impossible to eating him .
