Server side Refactoring & Bugfix #542

Fix few new bugs (after previous refactoring, lol) and few old

Bugfixes:

fix invisible viruses
fix visible players detection (all players were considered visible even if they are off-screen)
fix gulp watch
fix virus config
fix viruses interactions (virus with index 0 was not interactive)
fix splitting bug (critical bug, cell size and position might became NaN)
fix food not removed when game mass limit reached

Enhancements:

add sat types
refactor gulp
minor refactoring, remove duplicated code
remove some unused packages
replace gulp-mocha with original mocha (to use the lastest version and deduplicate package)
move babel to webpack config (for client)
remove uglify (unnecessary) and gulp-util (deprecated)
update nodemon
