Linux support #4

Linux support will officially come with Swift 4 drops and SourceKit comes pre-built.

How far did you get with this, before getting distracted by the fruit company?

I've been tinkering with some Swift autocompletion and debugger plugins for Atom, and had been avoiding the complications of the language server.

However, the Atom IDE support looks like it might be the way to go for full Swift integration, and I think that probably means doing LSP.
