TAXI LIGHTS ON/OFF
SET ALTITUDE FL300 or SET ALTITUDE THREE THOUSAND
SET NAV1 / NAV2 or COM1 / COM2
SUPPORT ALTIMETER AS mB
SET HEADING
SET SPEED
ARM / DISARM ALTITUDE_SELECT --> sim/cockpit2/autopilot/altitude_hold_armed
ARM / DISARM HEADING SELECT --> sim/cockpit2/autopilot/heading_mode

Update README file to include the list of supported commands

Some commands need to not only set a data ref in x-plane but execute a command (x-plane command). This doesn't work if we're not inside an x-plane flight loop, hence, it can't be implemented yet until we solve #1
