[UI/Model migration] Abstract out the current import wizard and create necessary extension points #78

Current what I am thinking is: Each connector bundle should contribute 2 wizard pages, one for entering repo info, another one for showing repo structure. The bundle holds the right whether to reuse the 2 wizard components or not
