Provide command line option to by-pass "Press <q> or <ctrl-c> to continue..." in "upterm host" #120

Please provide an option to by-pass "Press or to continue..." in upterm host.

I've had to create an obscure workaround https://github.com/lhotari/action-upterm to get around this limitation.
