include test fixtures in tarball #12

The tests fixtures are currently not included in the sdist tarball. This breaks the build under Nix.

The build failed because curl -L https://www.stackage.org/stack/linux-x86_64 failed. Maybe there were connection issues with stackage when this build was run. If the build works on master it should work here.
