entities not in population.csv #2077

OWID_CYN Northern Cyprus OWID_ENG England OWID_NIR Northern Ireland OWID_SCT Scotland OWID_WLS Wales

These appear in vacccinations.csv data, but not in the population_2020.csv data. It would be nice if they were valid in both files.

Then the readme.md should note that the populations figures are in two locations: "The population estimates we use to calculate per-capita metrics are all based on the last revision of the United Nations World Population Prospects. The exact values can be viewed here."
