Hi @mister-elliott You can find them in https://github.com/owid/covid-19-data/blob/master/scripts/input/owid/subnational_population_2020.csv
Then the readme.md should note that the populations figures are in two locations: "The population estimates we use to calculate per-capita metrics are all based on the last revision of the United Nations World Population Prospects. The exact values can be viewed here."

These appear in vacccinations.csv data, but not in the population_2020.csv data. It would be nice if they were valid in both files.
