Which data is inaccurate or missing?

According to covid-vaccine.canada.ca, www.canada.ca and health-infobase.canada.ca, the following list of COVID-19 vaccines are currently being authorized by Health Canada (and have been administered):

Since the age group and the manufacturer data are available from Public Health Agency of Canada, it is better to directly create the vaccine timeline from manufacturer data.

Currently, both Novavax and Medicago are not listed in our source (https://covid19tracker.ca/vaccinationtracker.html).

Perhaps @noahlittle has some insights?

Yes. But it did mention the latest update is on 2022-02-03, way before the approval of the Novavax and Medicago. Since Novavax has production site in Canada and the government started to receive shipments one months ago, Nuvaxovid is currently available in various provinces. Medicago is a Canadian company and Covifenz are expected to be available in late May.

While these products may be approved, there have been no reported administrations of either product in Canada as of the latest data available federally, which aligns with provincial data.

As soon as these vaccines begin to be used, they will be added to our dataset.

@lucasrodes @noahlittle Latest update from health-infobase.canada.ca:

  1. Novavax has been administered since 2022-04-24. I have updated the above table (with other corrections to the vaccine timeline).
  2. Medicago has not been administered up to now.
