Which data is inaccurate or missing?

The value of total_vaccinations data has something weird.

Why do you think the data is inaccurate or missing?

Total vaccinations should be cumulative data, but there are many data points shows significant drops. Below some of examples:

A similar bug was found for vaccinations by age. Tracking it in #2736
