✨ 📊 ivs: Update Integrated Values Survey with homosexuality data #2823

Migrated the old WVS charts about homosexuality to our IVS dataset.

Besides the indicators available in the old dataset (homosexuality never justified, don't want homosexual neighbors), I added another question available only for the last wave: the Share of people who think homosexual couples are as good parents as other couples.

Also, as usual with IVS updates, I uploaded all the indicators following the same structure as the "Do you want homosexual neighbors?" question. So besides the question above, I uploaded questions for neighbors:
