Removal of:

• removal of codebase supporting old workflow:
  • generation of suggested chart approvals
  • wizard app chart-upgrader
• other deprecated tools: e.g. chart-gpt
• prevent legacy apps from showing in wizard
• minor fixes in docs

What's left?
