Concept: improve our internal search #1164

What

Develop a version of internal search that can very quickly get you to any article, chart or explorer, perhaps with a command palette.

Why

We believe that search from within the OWID site could be much better, and that it will be the main way people will navigate to different issues once they reach the site.

1447 where an "All charts" (and ultimately all content) faceted search was discussed and prototyped (figma)
