Concept: show what entities any aggregate entities are composed of #1350

Core problem

This was reported multiple times in the issue-spotting session:

I think in general users can be confused about the regions in charts. Example. That is, which countries are included in each group? Sometimes WB original definitions are used, other times UN’s, etc.

https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/terrestrial-protected-areas?tab=chart&region=Africa&country=IND~OWID_WRL~NPL~SWE~USA~AUS~BRA~ZAF~European+Union~Europe+%26+Central+Asia

As a user, I can't easily tell what countries are included vs. excluded from each region. e.g. is Russia part of Europe or Asia and Oceania?

Proposed solution

It seems tricky to expose this information in a subtle but noticeable way. Maybe best to have an (i) icon next to aggregate entities, with a tooltip showing on hover? Would need to be implemented across all charts individually.

In the selection dialog it's probably easier, since we can use more space there.

The source of this information should probably be countries_regions and we should do that when we switch to that mechanism for understanding geo entities (related to #1245)

@sophiamersmann has started working on this using DoDs - the work still needs a few finishing touches, tbd in the next batch cycle

Another chart where something like region DoDs would be useful: Slack message
