fix(s3): module location changed #5

As per changes introduced in https://github.com/owid/owid-datautils-py/pull/47

TODO: bump version in owid-datautils-py and update the dependency in this repo where needed.

UPDATE: Unsure where the version for owid-datautils-py dependency is specified in this repo @paarriagadap
