FEATURE REQ.: Create a clean new instrument workspace command #44

  1. "Create New" instrument option
  2. OR, we can save a clean instrument and load it, then save a clean copy with another filename, everytime we want to start from scratch.
  3. OR, a quick multimodules selection for deleting a group of modules may be added.

1 would be best 2 is the actual way 3 Would be a 2 in 1 solution
