Force Close on CyanogenMod #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply being on CyanogenMod (4.2.5 in my experience) 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should backup fine but instead it instantly forcecloses when manually backing 
up, auto 
backup fails to initiate after bringing up a fc popup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version running on CyanogenMod 4.2.5

Please provide any additional information below.
To my knowledge, it worked fine on 4.2.3. I moved straight up to 4.2.5, 
skipping 4.2.4 so I 
don't know if that fw is affected.
