Allow ability to instantly backup sentt and received messages #73

This is a feature request to allow the program to immediately backup the
sent and received messages immediately vs delayed as it does today.

Currently, incoming messages are backed up "immediately" (delayed by 20 seconds 
to not 
slow down message display to the user).
Outgoing messages are backed up every 30 minutes, as SMS Backup is not notified 
when 
messages are sent. I don't think it's a good idea to lower the 30 minutes 
checking 
frequency.
