tip jar menu exploit #193

I have no idea how but some malicious users are able to force open the menu showing the new tip jar options for the great pug on everyone's screen In the instance. It happens to both desktop and VR users. They're spamming it as well which is crashing people's client completely or just lagging people out. They're unable to use their menus whatsoever, it just continues to reopen the same page. I don't go to other worlds much so I don't know if this is a vrchat bug or a great pug specific bug but I figured I'd report it either way.

Thanks for the report. I think I've addressed the source of the issue.
