Use `dc:description` instead of IAO_0000115 #108

Translation of definition clauses is obo:IAO_0000115, but this could probably be mapped to dc:description in most contexts (TBD).

I think this is a nice idea from a standards perspective, but it would be a massive change with regard to existing content.

Fixed, thanks.

The other possibility could be to update iao to declare IAO:0000115 as being equivalent_to: dc:description which would make both annotations semantically equivalent while most likely retaining backward compatibility.
